Working to classical and choral music with no preconceived composition or subject, this painting created itself using imagery from memory and the emotions evoked from the music. Using cold wax with oil paints to create texture and structure to the surface over quickly painted acrylics, searching for form and sense of a subject. Developing into a more familiar landscape of lake and hills and clouds lifting to the sky. Expressionistic in colour and subtle tones and textures
